A Message from
Mrs Peggy

Hello! My name is Peggy Hull, and I am the founder of Future in Action (FIA). My commitment to you is that those you trust with my agency – students, staff, parents, or second career seeking adults, will receive the same care, focus and dedication that our students receive.

With our virtual offerings, there is no reason for you to overextend an already stretched staff. Reach out to us and we will deliver a program that supports your students, parents, staff, or clients. We will help you to create a seamless stream of successful futures for all – whether they are preparing for a second career, advancement in their current career or just adding an additional skill set.

What We Do

We Are Providing an Opportunity for
Students to Grow & Excel

Future In Action offers the versatility of hybrid, virtual or in-person learning environments. Online programming can occur in real-time or pre-recorded sessions that can be accessed and completed at the convenience of the participant. If elected in-person support, we travel to your campus and service at your facility.

To meet individual needs of our group clients, we use a collaborative approach; holding an initial consultation to identify the(their) needs. We then create a strategic educational plan that best meets the needs of your students, parents, or overall organization. Our goal is to become a part of your organization, helping move it down a path to success that aligns with your mission, vision, and values!

We employ a “hands on” approach to instruction, and we tell and show students how to master successful strategies. We engage our students throughout the process, leading them to take ownership of the outcomes.

Our Vision

PREPARING the Professionals of tomorrow

Workshops provided by FIA, focus on effective resume writing, career exploration, service learning, goal setting, leadership skills, and college financing, etc.  Outside of program hours, Ms. Hull’s dedication continues. She donates her time and energy to any parent or student willing to contact her for support, letting them know that her dedication to them extends well beyond the weekly time that they spend together through the program. She offers them additional off-site instruction, attends college fairs, contacts universities, edits resumes’, helps them with letters of recommendations – the list is endless. Her implementation process is to assure each person receives the “Hands On, How To” treatment.

A Message about

Our beginnings

Ms. Peggy Hull started Superior Support Services in 2006 and Future in Action in 2017, after spending many years working with her son and daughter to develop them socially and academically, while preparing them to be successful at life in general, and in college, particular. As a testament to her commitment, her daughter now is a Mechanical Engineer, and her son is a Financial Advisor.

During the company’s 11 years of existence, Ms. Hull’s desire to help other youth navigate their lives in the most successful and productive way possible, has led her to work in various capacities including providing Habitat for Humanity clients with college preparatory and life-skills planning workshops, serving as a partner for GEARUP St. Louis to provide college preparatory workshops to students and parents, and working in the Hazelwood, Confluence, Parkway, Normandy, St. Louis Public and Riverview Gardens School districts, to name a few, to present college preparatory and life skills workshops.

In addition to working with the students, Mrs. Hull works closely with parents and other influencers in the young person’s life to provide workshops covering topics such as Parent Conference Success, Parenting; The Hardest Job of All, Building a College Going Culture in the Home, and Parent Engagement.  According to Ms. Hull:

As parents we must learn what is expected of us in order to provide a venue for success for our children.”
